8 Movie Clips from Robert Pattinson’s REMEMBER ME

Now on YOUTUBE

With Robert Pattinson's new movie Remember Me getting ready to open on March 12, we’ve been provided with 8 clips from the film. If you’re the type that loves watching as much footage before a movie comes out, you’ll love these clips. Saying that, I always think movies are better knowing as little as possible, so if you can resist the urge, avoid watching them. I just wanted to give you the option.

And while an embargo prevents me from saying too much about Remember Me, I think it’s safe to say I really enjoyed the movie. I walked in knowing nothing about story except who was in it, and the movie really drew me in and surprised me in a lot of ways. The only thing I really want to stress to all of you is avoid every review and spoiler online. If you know too much walking in, the twists and turns won’t mean as much to you. I didn’t know anything in advance and am happy I had that experience.

Remember Me also stars Emilie de Ravin, Pierce Brosnan, and Chris Cooper. Allen Coulter directed the film and William Fetters wrote.

In the romantic drama Remember Me, Robert Pattinson plays Tyler, a rebellious young man in New York City who has had a strained relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) ever since tragedy separated their family. Tyler didn’t think anyone could possibly understand what he was going through, until the day he met Ally (Emilie de Ravin) through an unusual twist of fate. Love was the last thing on his mind, but as her spirit unexpectedly heals and inspires him, he begins to fall for her. Through their love, he begins to find happiness and meaning in his life. Soon, hidden secrets are revealed and tragedy lingers in the air, as the circumstances that brought them together threaten to tear them apart.

Twilight Hottie Proves He Can Actually Act

Filming Remember Me “was the most ridiculous experience,” recalls Robert Pattinson, thanks to the fans and paparazzi constantly swarming the Twilight hottie. But the movie was a refreshing change for both him and co-star Emilie de Ravin of Lost: They both showed they could actually act, writes John Powers in Vogue. "Where Twilight treats him as the object of desire, a role that requires as much posing as acting, this character-driven drama brings out his most emotionally complex performance so far. Pattinson is now the one doing the chasing."

For her part, de Ravin, known as Lost’s babymama Claire, finally got to do something other than “always holding the baby in every scene while everybody else was going off shooting people,” as she says. "Rob and Emilie are gifted actors who really like each other," says Remember Me's director, "and the movie reveals them in a whole new way."

Robert Pattinson Comes Out ... About His Relationship With Kristen Stewart

After arriving separately and sitting apart from each other at Sunday's BAFTA awards, Robert Pattinson finally admitted that he and Kristen Stewart are a couple, and that all of their secretive antics are just to avoid crazed press and fans. "It is extremely difficult but we are here together, yes … We can't arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy. This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple but it's impossible. We are here together and it's a public event but it's not easy." We wonder how Stewart feels about him being "allergic to vagina." Kellan Lutz, meanwhile, is promoting pet adoption for PETA, recounting the poignant story of how he met his rescue dog, Kola. "I touched her toe and said, 'Hey, what's your name?' … She spoke to me." LiLo tweeted that she's moving to England. God save the U.K. Anna Wintour, Harper's Bazaar's Glenda Bailey, and Times critic Cathy Horyn donned 3-D glasses to watch a live broadcast of London's Burberry Prorsum show, where Kristen Stewart, Kate Hudson, Mary-Kate Olsen, and Claire Danes sat front-row across the pond. And Brangelina continue their efforts to stage life as a happily married couple by shoving their tongues down each other's throats in front of the paparazzi.

Back in the day when Lady Gaga was just a pants-wearing (we assume) NYU student, she wrote her thesis on photographer Spencer Tunick, the artist famous for his group gatherings in the nude. Now Tunick wants to study Gaga in return. Though J.Lo would have you think her split from Sony Music was voluntary, turns out the label dropped her after her last two singles, "Louboutins" and "Fresh Out of the Oven," flopped. Charlie Sheen checked into rehab, and as a result, CBS's Two and a Half Men is on temporary suspension. But friends swear Sheen's stay is only a precautionary measure; he's "just tired and worried about his wife, his court case and his kids." Megan Fox knows how to touch Mickey Rourke. He claims she's the most talented actress he's worked with, and that people only criticize her because she's beautiful. "When she cries in a scene, I get emotional."

Though Beatrice-in-the-making Kenmare doesn't open to the "public" until next month, it's already in trouble with State Liquor Authority officials. They were shocked to read about the locale's late-night underground antics when it was billed to them as a low-key restaurant with a midnight closing time. Paul Sevigny also joined models Jamie Burke and Lily Donaldson to celebrate East Village club Lit's eighth anniversary, where NYU girls were "going nuts" for porn star Ron Jeremy. To celebrate gourmet food purveyor D'Artagnan's 25th Anniversary, superchefs like Daniel Boulud and Tom Colicchio joined Nobu and Corton proprietor Drew Nieporent onstage at Guastavino, "jamming pretty hard" to covers of "Takin' Care of Business" and "Ça Plane Pour Moi." Though Padma Lakshmi has never confirmed that Adam Dell is the father of her child, Dell is "happy to assume paternal responsibility." And on the TMI front, Khloe Kardashian says that though she's not on the pill, she and Lamar Odom are in no rush to procreate, which is a shame for television's sake, but probably not the potential baby's.

Holy Rollers, club promoter "Danny A" Abeckaser's Sundance flick about New York Hasidic Jews who venture into ecstasy dealing, was just picked up by First Independent Pictures and will hit theaters this summer. An Avenue Q bus-stop ad in Colorado Springs had to be taken down because it showed too much puppet cleavage. JWOWW assured fans that she's not increasing the size of her breast implants, though she may replace her saline for the more lifelike silicone. Dakota Fanning pulled a Jenny Humphrey and donned shredded tights and a miniskirt in honor of her sweet sixteen. She also paired her flowered backpack with a Balenciaga bag. Kelly Osbourne says she "took more hell" for being overweight than for her raging drug addiction, and we're not surprised.

BBC says the frenzy for Robert outdid that for Prince William

While Firth attracted a whoop of delight from fans braving the star-studded stretch of upholstery, their baying screams were reserved for a man not even in contention for acting honours.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson was the object of their frenzied adoration, while it was left to girlfriend Kristen Stewart to give them a nod after winning the Rising Star award.

"They are the most devoted and attentive fans," said the American actress, who may well have their votes to thank for her success.

Robert Pattinson drew the biggest screams

Pattinson outdid another young man who gave this year's Baftas a special touch that only the Oscars could dream about.

Prince William, the new president of Bafta, stopped to have pictures taken with fans.

Pierce Brosnan has some advice for Robert!

You’re also in another film coming out opposite Robert Pattinson. Did your younger daughters ask you for an introduction?

There was many a friend and relative and young lady who would come and visit me. The list was long and the girls were many on the streets of New York City and his motor home was the epicenter of beautiful girls. My motor home down the avenue was quiet…when I started doing Bond there was a wonderful publicist that told me: “grace under pressure.” I said the same thing to Robert: “grace under pressure.” Celebrate it and enjoy it.
